Material Donations
Donating new or gently used building materials and supplies directly reduces our construction costs, allowing us to stretch our budget further and build more homes. We are always in need of quality materials for our renovation and new construction projects.

Donating undeveloped land or existing properties can provide Rippling Waters with the foundational assets needed for our next revitalization project. Property donations can offer significant tax benefits to the donor while directly contributing to the creation of affordable housing.

Menards Rebate Receipts: Do you shop at Menards? Their 11% rebate program is a fantastic way to support Rippling Waters. Simply save your rebate receipts and drop them off at our office, or mail them to us. We can redeem these rebates for store credit, which we then use to purchase essential building supplies. It’s an easy way to turn your everyday purchases into direct support for affordable housing.
Walmart Round Up: When shopping online at Walmart.com or through the Walmart app, you can choose to round up your purchase to the nearest dollar at checkout and donate the difference to Rippling Waters.
