Holly Berg
Executive Director
Holly comes to Rippling Waters after five years with Area 15 Regional Planning as a Senior Planner with a focus on grant writing, project development, and nonprofit strategic planning. In addition to her work at Rippling Waters, Holly devotes much of her free time to community improvement and serves on several boards including Main Street Ottumwa and Ottumwa Area Arts Council. She enjoys spending time with her husband, their Saint Bernards, and cat, who is the boss of the operation.
Mike Perdew
Maintenance/Construction Technician
Mike joined Rippling Waters in 2025 to oversee and coordinate construction projects and help maintain properties. He enjoys spending time with his children and wife, along with their 3 Great Danes, Doberman, cat and 3 chickens. He enjoys being a part of Rippling Waters as he likes bettering the community for his family.
